Mother's Day and Baby Emmalyn

On Mother's Day, I got a beautiful hydrangea bush to plant, as well as some snuggle time, and a chance to go run errands WITHOUT a toddler coming along. It's strange how alone time becomes a precious gift once you have kids! Of course, it wouldn't be a true mother's day without some mud and cleaning :)

Getting ready to wash his hands... and everything else.

This is what Blankie and his cup go through on a daily basis.

During my errands, I got some cushions for our deck chairs. I have a feeling I will spend the whole summer outside, so I might as well have a comfy bum !

Sawyer kept putting his friends upside down in the planter box and point to them, and saying sternly "Sit!" ??

Anyone for Honeycomb Cereal?
A few days after Mother's Day, we got to go see my best friend's new baby girl! I love her already. Such a sweet girl! The first thing Sawyer did when he saw her was to give her Blankie and Bird. That was beautiful. He loves her already! The entire night he kept trying to take care of her.

Two little loves!

Baby fever in his eyes!
