This past week was all about recovering from Prom, Daniel finishing up his grad school class, and then I had a ton of allergy issues going on at the same time. It was one of those busy-endless-exhausting weeks. I'm really looking forward to this weekend of relaxation and zero big events!
Here are some random things from the week:
| Sweet Boys Reading |
| This was the Baby knocking on my door wanting to come inside my clean house... |
| All of the 90s generation are having kids- tons of the kids in my classes are named names from Friends or Boy Meets World (Rachel, Morgan, Ross, etc.), but this is the first time I've ever seen a Topanga! |
| I keep a thing of change in my desk drawer to buy Mountain Dew with each year. You know it's the end of the year when your stash of change is down to mostly pennies and a random acorn. |
| He has learned how to climb on the coffee table now, and he wants you to play like he's on top of the mountain, and you're worried he can't get down. Basically he wants me to freak out and be scared. He enjoys scaring/disgusting me. All boy. |
| |
| Sweaty sleeping boy in my arms... love him! |
| I can't get this to turn the right way, even though it's the right way on the upload file. Oh, well! On a math test, a student created this elaborate comic strip about himself throwing a pie in the face of the math teacher at graduation. Included are quite a few teachers- notice I'm holding Sawyer and yelling "No!". He apparently thinks Sawyer is still a newborn. :) At least I'm not the teacher standing outside smoking yet another cigarette. Ha. |
