I come from a family of some fiercely independent, multi-tasking, efficient, *tall* women. So, for one week, the Pollitt female descendants from Texas and South Carolina came to Illinois to have some fun and have some pictures taken.
In that, the most important planning decision was what to wear in our picture session. It took a few months for all 9 (including Kate) of us to decide what color scheme to go with, so we finally went from this scarf.
Other various activities included painting pottery, going out for coffee and surprise live music, wine tasting, a boat ride, and obviously some chick flick watching. Since Daniel was at FCA Leadership camp in North Carolina, Sawyer had to attend multiple girl activities. :)

It was a fantastic weekend,and we had so much fun! I hope we get to do it again sometime!
